I can not connect to any server

Hi I have a problem with the connection to the server when you connect to the server pops up: "You failed connect to the server,"


gta 3 i have version 1.1

Might wanna fix your graphics first, make sure your resolution doesn't have x16 at the end, needs to be x32.
