I don't know if you can  but i think you can put some music that start when someone enter a vehicle or something so .....

Short: No.
Long: Maybe. You can play mp3's when a player enters a vehicle. But it would require your players to download them from your server, and with low speed it might take a while. Not to mention the bandwidth you're wasting.
