This project is definitely NOT dead. It is coming along nicely and nearing its release. The developers are still working hard at it.

Thanks for answer!...It's a very good news for me and another fans of GTA3!...I realy love  new GTA(i mean GTA4),but my first love is GTA3(i prefer old Liberty-City)...So,good luck in this hard work for great multiplayer mod of GTA3!
