Title: LU.txt not found?

Hi guys, I've recently been looking for a GTA3 Multiplayer, and I've found you guys, I got this error when trying to start a game:

Any suggestions on what to do?  Thanks! (By the way, if this problem was posted before, Im new here so, sorry!)
