You can't, thats why the option box is greyed out... It's for Vice Unleashed which is due to come out at some point in the next 10 years or so.

I'm on windows 7 previously worked GTA 3, but now is not working. I've included a compatibility mode, but to no avail. I'm running GTA 3, and after two seconds download nothing else happens. Even in the task manager there is no such process "gta3.exe"  >:( :-[
Do not tell me how to solve this problem?

It sounds like you're crashing randomly. Does single-player load fine?

That is not a mistake. Tools -> Settings -> GTA:III Directory. You made a mistake upon install. Please don't double-post. Use the edit button.

Oh, I missed your statement on single-player. If single-player doesn't work, it's the game itself. Reinstall GTA III.
