Title: Major LU improvment suggestion

WARNING! This suggestion is going to be very hard to sync, i know, but hey, you should think about it in future versions!!!

How about emm, bots? I mean, bot police helicopters. If there in future would be any cops and robbers servers, players who play as cops would be able to send a bot helicopter to help them? I mean for example guy is running with 3 stars and player types /heli (Player id) and heli chases the guy, and shoots at him, but he will chase him only if the cop has visual with the running player, what do you think?

I think you're referring to NPC's, such as what MTA:SA and SA:MP have. Not a bad idea. ;)

That would be nice, but I think that's really hard to make. I remember having actors in VCO
