Title: ENB Series support

gta 3 engine is old and have bad graphics, enb series gives a new look for game, car reflection, bloom and motion blur
its will be good if liberty unleashed will support enb series

like, allowed by enb creator(s)
can support or modify enb to work with a cmd like

/enbseries on/off  :D

Or you could just install the mod for yourself ;)
