Hello I am Caio_Cartaxo Brazilian player who has just discovered the LU:MP
I'm taking the congratulations to the team, the project is wonderful ... I hope you grow a lot ...
Leveraging'll give some ideas and take some doubts ...

Ideas:
Creation of the forum area for other languages such as Portuguese or Spanish

Doubts:
How do I create a script?
I am the scripter OWN samp and wondered how he could create in my script here Lump

Hi ! I'm very happy that you like a LU . Can you script here http://liberty-unleashed.co.uk/LUWiki/Main_Page here is info etc.You must read this info and can you script.But how you want have a Portugal you come Profil and Setings and select lauage. My english is too bad ;p

Welcome to LU (not LU:MP :P), as previously stated the wiki is full of information needed for scripting, if your stuck you could also check out this guide (http://forum.liberty-unleashed.co.uk/index.php?topic=407.0) for more detailed info on configuring and running your server. You may also want to take a look over here (http://forum.liberty-unleashed.co.uk/index.php?board=19.0) for some example scripts. :)

Yes LU is best multiplayer to GTA 3 but all easy can crash ;p

We are still working on ironing out the crashes, still crashes less than the alternative!

Also if you know of any ways to cause crashes, please tell us so we can fix them.

Anyway, back on topic, we don't have any official forums in other languages because we'd need people to moderate them. We don't know anybody that knows them languages and we feel would be good moderators.
There are unofficial forums set up by various people in different languages, just don't know if theres any in the languages you want.

Building on the topic, I'm trying now to move the scripts from the server, but can not find the program to edit the files ...
What are they? them .nut?

You can edit .nut files in any basic text editor, or you can download a better text editor than notepad, for instance programmers notepad, or notepad++.

Either way, A basic text editor will suffice.

The downside is that there is no way I see the functions and so on ...

I'm trying to learn, ta very complicated
