Title: I can't get LU to run!!

Every time I open LU then "connect" to a server, it just opens the game's client and thats it!

Did you set the right game's directory?

Yes of course. I know how to do everything it just doesnt work!

What do you mean it just opens the games client? When you run LU you will be presented with the server browser, from there you choose the server to connect to, then it will run GTA3.

Can you provide any more information on whats happening?

Did you install liberty unleashed to the GTA3 directory? if not, this is why it would fail.

Please make sure 'lu.dll' exists in your gta3 directory.

It should work now i re-installed it but... it says my gta3 version is incorrect when i "connect".

You need to get version GTA3 version 1.1, and not the steam version (due to them breaking it a month before release)
