Title: Direct X Hooks

How do I edit direct x hooks? cause we have made a gang mod for our server and we can play it online its for SA-MP just thought i would ask and also is changing the Direct X hooks the same for every GTA? please get back to me on this sorry about the grammar please don't judge.   ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

How would making a gang mod for the game require you to change the d3d9 hook?
