Title: Entry Point Not Found.

I've installed LU and GTA 3 1.1, but when i open LU it's says:

I've reinstalled vc c++ 2015 many times, but didn't worked. I've also re-installed the game, but it's doesn't fix the problem.

Any solution?

update your internet explorer, works.
