That's referring to your version of gta-vc.exe. Do you have an English 1.0 EXE? If not, try this (http://forum.mtasa.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=12180) patcher.

Okay it works now thanks man. But there's only like 5 servers of MTA:VC and 2 servers of MTA:GTA3 and all of them is the same gamemode lol, you can choose cop or mexican or secret service and so on.

Yeah, the game has been dead for a long while since the built-in server browser in MTAClient has not been functional for several years, and the game has not been receiving any updates. I've been trying to change that for the past 3 years and some-odd months, but I haven't received much support from the MTA team.

That's bad, considering VC:MP would be very good with a good amount of players, RP servers, and let's not forget the syncing.
