Title: Fps Fix

Okay so I've been digging threw a lot of old tools and mods from an old HDD of mine that dates back to GGM mp days of 2003 Luckily i saved the link to it so i wont need to use mediafire ..
All it does is remove unnecessary particle textures etc and i can literally plow my car into a fence no lag. rain ? no lag. i can spawn basically 100 cars no lag. i really feel this is a texture that everyone should attempt to use.for liberty unleashed
i really 100% think this is the fix for the Liberty unleashed fps bugs and hear i present the fix. there are no hacks there is none of that there is just straight forward texture fixes that are unnecessary to have

crashes my game.. stucks around 10% at loading screen, causes CPU overheat for no reason

no clue on why this crashed your game the only thing it does is replace certain textures.i will upload a video proving my point..sorry you had issues my specs.

Evga sli ftw

Quad Core 2.7 ghz overclocked to 3.0 ghz

gta 3 graphics card choice is 256 mb nvidia 6600 gt i prefer over my 2 gb

the game was designed for only 30 fps not 60 or anything eles.Just a solid 30.

well maybe problem is that i have win 7? i just get error when i press those remove buttons

and now i managed to make load screen stuck again at 10%.. this tool is useless for newer system and it seems you use xp.. ancient programs like this sucks

and theres no even way to uninstall this without reinstalling gta 3 again .--.
