Title: GTA LU always connects to server: 0...

Recently my GTA III LU has stopped working.
I few weeks ago it was working fine, I could go on all servers and use mods on the Freeroam.ru server.
Now whenever I try to connect to any server, GTA III LU opens but then says: "Connecting to server: 0...
Then after a few seconds it fails.

GTA III works in single player, without error.
My GTA III is stored in C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA III\

I have Re-installed GTA III and LU many times.
I use a disk copy of GTA III (from 2002).

LU works on my network fine, I have tried on my laptop, and is works fine, but is slow due to laptop specs.

Help?

The first attempt to install their system for the first two, then re download third LU installation have a try. :)
