I have black screen and something like gta3.exe has crashed, after I connect to the all servers.

Do you  have a clean copy of GTA 3 without any mods? Also, You should also try running the game with Combatabliity Settings.

to do this simply click the gta3.exe and go to combatiblity tab, then put the option to Windows 2000.

No, I have mod 10th year anniversary pc edition.

Method with compability isn't work.

Liberty Unleashed does not work with any mods. You will have to remove all the mods you are using, and install LU again.

LU works with mods, but the problem with the mods are UAC (or more know as CRC)

It's not a mod, it's a official version of GTA 3 of Rockstar.

As for the tenth anniversary edition of GTA III, that is only available on the mobile versions as far as I'm aware. Anything for PC is just a mod to emulate the new changes. Either way, this would create a new version of GTA III that LU is not programmed for. That means UAC may try to block it.
