Title: Textdraws (e.g Speedo textdraw)

Hello guys im a scripter and i like learning because i like scripting so why dont you tell me how to make a textdraw? a textdraw is a text or a picture that shows on the player's screen like a pager but i want something like Speedo so please tell me how i do it
