I have an idea. In this modification you can include something like gang wars. On start you select your own gang and have your own "soldiers" :) For example you are Mafia boss and you are in your limousine with your bodyguards (NPC) and chauffeur (non-npc, or if he will be NPC this be good too  ;D but I know that will be hard to make it). Bodyguards in your gang cars following you in limousine (everybody NPC, driver too) will be very nice. If you can do this in Liberty Unleashed this multiplayer mod be the best of anything multi mods for any GTA :)

Gangs will automaticly be created, cause a lot of players prefer to be togheter in small groups to protect themselves.

Having more advanced gang abbility is a good thing though. Like having official gangs, But anyway I don't think it really matters, there will be gangs anyway. If there exist gangs, the biggest thing, would be an easy comunicate with them. 

Also, gang wars is a good idea though. Having three groups that spawns at one island each. Each gang should defend their own island, And the one that is standing in the end is the winner, Like last man stand, in Unreal Tournament. And then ther could be other game modes to. But whatever.

This is an even simpiler Way to tackle this
have all the skins to choose from at the menu thiers like 170 of them??

anyways

it would be annoying having 170 gangs in a possible 100 players max server

so heres the idea

have a skin selection

the also have a gang selection Mafia , yakuza , etc etc.. but also be able to choose your own radar colour and having a simple friendly Fire script dont make it too complicated coz this make take alot of bandwith

I dont play gang wars, but thats fucking hilarious.

I myself have made many games patch stuff.

But are you guys responsible for the patch?

Good idea on that sudgestion

Here are some ideas on who they can versus

Mafia Vs Triad
Diablos Vs Yardies
the shortsidevale gang (forgote name) Vs Columbian Cartel

and if there isnt enought space like no more space for any of the gangs they could be on LCPD side to take them out
so basicly a Gang War Team Death Match

Colours
---------
Yardies = Yellow
Diablos = Purple
Mafia = Grey
Triads = blue
Police= white or black 
Shortsidevale gang =Green
