i was trying to play vc ul  so i have succeeded to make this

But really shit now it says that it needs vu.dll LOL LOL so I got an idea to ask this question if i can make it my self :D but when he told that the language is c & c++ so another shit here because it's impossible for me to make this :) that's all :D

VU is no longer active. If you wish to develop it, you need to contact the development team about that. It's not open-source, so hacking the mod to gain unauthorized access to it's code to edit it is against it's EULA/terms of agreement/TOS/whatever VU happens to call it's legally-binding contract for usage/installation.
