Title: Error, while opening lu.exe

I recently downloaded gta3 and installed LU on it. When i tried to open lu.exe it giving me this error "Unable to contact the update server"
How to fix it?

Either you are not connected to internet or you have a laggy connection

Or the master server is down, or your firewall is blocking the connection.
