My next wish, that server administrator can add some "bot's" (CPU players) 

I wish one news on homepage, with some new options that will be for sure in LU, and maybe some screens. I think that LU Site is a "little" dusty

Spectator mode is good idea (like in VC-MP or Counter-Strike)

Mayby Vrocker can do an option that we can enter some buildings 

New buildings = place ammu-nation building or police hq in some other places 
Yes I play sa-mp a lot. But i think that LU will beat sa-mp or vc-mp

I wish that:
-Maps will be programed in Pawn (or add a "Map Creator")
-Map creator can add new buildings
-Players can do something like "Drive_Thru" (one man is driving, rest of passengers are shooting)
-Players can use animations like /sit or /handsup
-Players can scroll up and down chat
-Add a "Map" option to menu (like in Vice City )
