Title: Problem with server

I portforwarded my server on 2301 and it shows in LAN and not in internet and its ip is 192.168.0.9:2301 why?

That IP is your internal IP, not the external IP from which your server will be accessible if you've forwarded your ports correctly.

You could try my online server checker (http://thijn.minelord.com/lu/) to find your external IP, and can see if it's online from the very same page.

If that says the server is down you didn't forward your port correctly.

And i forwarded with other ips and still its 192.168.0.9... why
btw the ip to acces my internet website is 192.168.0.1

As Thijn said, that is your internal network IP. You need your external one that is seen from the internet.

My internal ip is 37.248.254.50 so I have to portforward like this 2301-2301 ip: 37.248.254.50 and UDP ?

That is your external IP, not your internal one.

That is your internal IP. Players need to access your server from your external IP, which you listed here:
37.248.254.50

You have to create UDP redirection to your PC.

So, put 192.168.0.3  - 2301 - 2301 UDP

and REMOVE  192.168.0.9

Then you can try to connect to 37.248.254.50:2301

Don't forget that both Windows and your router/modem may have their own firewalls, so it may be needed in multiple places.
