Lol he say you do update windows, now your W7 will be slower than before without update

I have never update my W7 (disabled in service "Windows update" since Install W7 clean) and I can run LU without issue.

Maybe you miss Package Redistributable or other, I don't know I'm sorry don't help you so much but I'm here for say Update Windows is useless expect If you want make slower your Windows

this new update was bullshit when i open my server in lu he says ;incorrect build please update your installation.

Click one time on server and check down bar If server used latest build or old.
If old, you can't play, if same your build you can play.

You can win space in your desktop, just get small icon desktop like Windows XP

I want he make like FourDeltaOne on MW2 steam without modify file GTA3 but local data it's very good and more easy I think I'm not programming.
