KAS only crashed gta.ru coz they have the timer for login which crashes the server,so actually he is abusing the bug from THE SERVER,and not from LU itself.

I agree with all what you wrote but also the reason why few are playing is coz nobody haves or wants to have GTA3,most of the "gta gamers" play GTA:SA or GTA:IV coz its "new"
