Window mode

Whenever I try and run this, I always end up clicking outside the windowed zone. Once that happens, I see the mouse every time I turn the crosshairs so far left/right. In San Andreas' window mode, I never experienced this problem. Does this occur with everyone? Is it avoidable/fixable?

This issue occurs with everyone sharkey. I have no idea if it's fixable.
