This guy is admin, you can check it out when he's online on GTA.ru server, just type a command for list of admins online, OK?

When I have been at the server, he's never used admin commands. Given his personality I would imagine him to be the type that would exploit every possible CMD to annoy people.
If he is an admin, this was a recent change. And he can't be very high in the ranks, because if theres anyone he would want to ban or kick for amusement, it'd be me.
