Ummm this is nothing to do with VC:MP or LC:MP. Liberty Unleashed is a completely new mod for GTA3.

I would try help you out but i know nothing about the LC mod for VC. or LC:MP as i could never get them working.
You'd get more help with downloading and installing the LC mod on the gtaforums or at the vcmp forums
