http://puu.sh/6n2tt.jpg look at this screenshot, and if you guys can help, HELP ME PLEASE!

My GTA3 Details:

Game downloaded (torrent): Yes *censored*
Game modded: Yes, I tried to install a helicopter mod, and it was a car mod, I used Admin Panel to fly it. After I installed it, I de-installed and re-installed GTA 3 but now Liberty Unleashed won't load up anymore... please help me :(

Ok, thank you so much! :)

I'm still getting the error :( what else I can do? I've already downloaded a original handling.cfg file and re-installing my GTA 3 won't work either, f*ck I'm screwed! :(

The ''Mess About Server'' I already joined somewhere else, but I get this f*ckin error on every server I join... :(
