Is there any way to remotely restart server? Like a rcon command? I mean you can set rcon command but there is no info how to login or comands to restart or shutdown???

You cant start a server with rcon commands since the server has to be started to use rcon commands

Depends on what sort of hosting you use, you could use the ssh2 module for PHP and make your own control panel that connects to your hosting box and uses the correct commands to start the server.

Nono, i mean restart... Like sv_restart or something maybe...
The server is already running, but how to i login to RCON and what is the command to REstart server...

I don't think there is any restart command at the moment. I guess you can add it to the suggestions
