Thanks for the update!

Could you please try to resolve that issue, when singleplayer is launched instead of LU? I've tried everything but still can't make it work.

This is a very old bug that we have been trying to track down the cause of for awhile.

I'm aware of that. However I'd really appreciate if this can be fixed, as I'm running a LU server and can't operate it properly without being able to connect to it.

My only idea what can cause this issue is GTA3/LU installation directory with non english characters. Eventually antivirus/UAC. What are yours install dirs?

LU active... yeah!

Some objects are invisible (in da world, created by Rockstar not with funcs)
In Singleplayer launch, are only problems of injecting, and the first release (after some minutes) of *.15, always said an error of GetTickCount64, after days, no errors. Only problems of functions of KERNEL or another dll's of windows

No, unfortunatelly it's not because of that. The instalation directory is D:\Rockstar Games\GTAIII\ and even with the Avast being turned off, the LU still starts single player.

I've tried copying all the files in GTA III directory from another notebook, where LU works and no results. Therefore I assume this problem is caused by something in Windows or some missing program etc.

Try another location. Reinstall game to
Code: [Select]
D:\Games\GTA3\gta3.exeTry path to the game as short as possible.

Also, turn off firewall for a while, and test again. Good lock.

UID is encrypted in SHA1, in lower for anti-nabs, and hidden in da Reg, right?

UID is something that get's generated from your computer. The point that makes it noob-proof is the fact no one except the devs know how it gets generated, so no one knows how to change it.

It does work on XP. As the matter of fact, I'm using XP too and I had no trouble installing it.

AFAIK, you need WinXP SP3 to install VS 2013 C++ redistributable.

Anyone here on Windows XP that is not using SP3 does not deserve to have a computer. People who magically think a Windows Update will break your computer has no idea what they are doing. You should ALWAYS keep your computer up-to-date regardless. If a bug does break it, Microsoft will release another update to fix it, else something YOU are doing is the cause.

Update your computers, get the latest requirements, and try again.

Will be even 0.1.0.17 this year with some fix?

Such as
- Load weapons.dat from server
- Some bugs in browser
- Object  destroy by explode and shot
- Object reconnect bug

And add:
- Load timecyc.dat, default.ide (for wheels size etc...) from server
- Carcols.dat add for 'vehicle.color' function
- Add new leave constant 'PARTREASON_RECONNECT'

Some of the things you would have done even in two minutes...

Sorry for my bad english...

If you really think that you have absolutely no idea what's involved in coding this mod.

There's a bug or something when I launch with Wine the server browser: crashes. Can be the VC++ updater but I'm not sure cuz that must work. Any solution, or I must wait to the next update?
It is not built to be specifically compatible with Wine. Wine is pretty much nothing more than a Windows translator using some Windows-based files. I would suggest posting a topic in Technical Support so other users trying to run it under Wine can assist you better.
