I don't know what you're doing about different skins now, but I have a couple plausable Ideas. If everyone has the Claude model and different skins, you can download them automatically from a game lobby (anyone with porn as their skin could be kicked or everyone could download his skin  ) OR you could choose from Claude or pedestrians. It could be in a config of sorts that when it loads the different people it loads their ped. It's not impossible to do, heck, even I can do that. Anyway, watcha think?
