I saw how SYSTEM was cheating...he used speed hack and flyed...wtf  
for example he flyed on the traffic light

Dont know why, but i have some error while connecting to the server I am using Windows 7 and original gta3 patched to 1.1 and it works fine to me.

I mean if LU will support languases that are based on cyrillic alphabet such as Russian, Ukrainian etc. to write in chat. For example in vc-mp we can use only english letters.

mta has big future it's better in everything. more and more players move from samp to mta. if you want stupid lags and bugs play samp and we will enjoy brilliant sync and great opportunities in mta.
