Liberty Unleashed 0.1 Update
Updates to Liberty Unleashed 0.1 have been released, they will be automatically applied the next time you restart your server browser, the following changes include:
- Fixed a crash from too many collisions
- Fixed sliding when walking on objects
- Fixed cash decreasing by $1000 when dying
- Fixed a small memory leak in the browser
- The anti-cheat has been updated to protect against Health and Armour cheats
- Fixed a bug with vehicles if a script created them on first load
- Fixed a problem with servers not updating their internal master server list
- Fixed being able to spam error reports
- Changed the updater to use the setup file to reduce problems
- Added forcing Port and IP to the server arguments
- Fixed weather changing to be more like single player
- Added trains
- Added the ability to change the font of GUI buttons
- Fixed the ban list
- Fixed crashing on exit when using Xfire
- Fixed a bug with custom sounds where more than 12 could crash the client
- Added Windows 7 Jumplists to the browser
- Added History to the browser
- Fixed timers crashing the server on Linux
- Started working on synced vehicle damage, currently only half implemented
- Fixed setting the sphere position not moving it on screen
- Added a callback to the module SDK to retrieve a list of built-in squirrel classes (useful for calling class methods from a module)
- Added more font style options for GUI labels, edit/memoboxes and buttons
- Added a function for editboxes to mask user input
- Added functions to move and rotate objects
- Fixed a bug which caused objects from other islands to lose their collision models when they were spawned on a 'wrong' island

The update requires the new client (which the browser should download) and a new server for any server hosters.

i downloaded new client and updated the server but after 30 seconds i join the server it crashes...what could be the reason?
Very outdated scripts or a bad client update I'd imagine.

Theres some callbacks for entry and exit named onPlayerEnteredTrain( player ) and onPlayerExitedTrain( player )
There is also a function to enable/disable them named EnableTrains(true/false)

Just looked up this crash and found the cause. Just fixed it :) Will be in the next update.

Ideas:
While you make a headshot or shot in other part of body to someone, he/she can lose a head, arms and feets. The same in explosion.
The boats are avalible.
Posible to get rare cars.
Being able to use other colour name in dialogs
Being able to create create races
CreateMovingObject(objectid,X,Y,Z,X:open,Y:open,Z:close,Closespeed)
If someone have more simple ideas, better tell to him.

Cool update, but one question, the path of the trains is chosen by the server or is a LU hardcoded thing? :P

Its a GTA hardcoded thing. Also, Where do you want the trains then? On the streets?

Maybe. But I think this might be scriptable.

Boats are not synced, have been buggy in betas. They'll be available when they're synced.

Scriptable, albeit laggy. If it's possible to hook the server's functions and events through the SDK, it could be done through a module, I suppose. Otherwise, would not mind adding this.

Being able to blow people's limbs off already existed in 0.1.0.9, so why is it being mentioned now? :S

It has actually been in since the first release iirc, I just pointed out that there's already a script which does basically what Igor_Andrusenko wants (especially since the wiki has no page for the function yet) :)
The same code should also work with explosions with a few minor changes.
