Finally. My questions have been answered.

Well, i was thinking, since GTA:LC uses GTA VC's stuff(or whatever you call it), then when GTA VC gets converted to GTA III (Hence GTA:LC use), will those crouching capabilities from GTA VC, come to GTA III?

@Shadow.: Let me try and take a look at the weapons.dat file, and see if i could find anything.

So, crouching will also be enabled?

Is there are program(Build tool)/method(If so a method, how to use it) to use to place objects at a particular area? I have seen some servers in the past few days, and some have long roads(Object roads). And the roads a evenly on both sides. Can someone tell me, and give me an example?
