The version you are using: 0.1.0.9
What you/the other player were doing when you noticed the bug: Driving near the club by El Burro's Payphones in the Diablo Territory of Portland, (can't remember the name of the place off-hand).
Is it reproducible? Yes.
What you would expect to happen if the bug didn't occur: Normal club sounds to play.
A brief description of the bug: When near the club building featured in a singleplayer mission, located in the same area as El Burro's Payphones, instead of club music playing, a very creepy, non-understandable argument between two male voices can be heard repeating randomly. The building on the opposite side of this area plays the music just fine. See the image for view of the building itself which has the bug:

If you go close to the building, (much closer than I am in the image), and wait for a moment with your sound turned up, you can hear the voices arguing. This does not exist in singleplayer, and instead should be the same club music playing as the building opposite of it.

He's trying to report a bug for LU. Who said anything about MTA other than you? Also, confirmed bug. There's also an eerie echo, too, and if you go to the building directly across from it (parallel to the road), you hear some weird pinging sound.

The main building in your screen shot is not a club it's a bunch of flats, and you're meant to hear two men arguing. I've just verified this in single player and I can hear the two men arguing, it's just not as audible in SP because of the ambient noise of cars etc.

And it's supposed to repeat itself randomly and ad lib, without any sequencing? Still don't understand the pinging sound from the building opposite either.

I presume so, it's just nonsensical ambient noise that plays constantly at a position inside that building.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by pinging, I haven't experienced it my self so not sure what could be causing it. GTA does have random echo effects in places around the map though.

What is your obsession with MTA? Both your posts in this topic have been about it. Of course it's MTA.. NOT! It's quite clearly a bug about Liberty Unleashed, on the Liberty Unleashed forum.

From further discussion and investigation, it appears that this is actually a game bug that has been more easily discovered in this multiplayer client, rather than singleplayer, due to the way sounds are controlled more easily there.
Since this is not something that can be fixed by LU itself, nor should be since it's part of the game, this will be locked and closed.
