How do i can to  enable ghost cars on my server?
Like on this video

Nah, it's just properly scripted by properly scripters ;)

But Who is The Admin and The Server Name ??
And Why This Server Closed ???

i've trashed all Wiki, and still cant find a answer. That's why i am asking.

it seems that, it's hidden or undocumented function.

Since they have the server sourcecode, they probably edited so they made the cars collision free.

Yes, i agree with you. Most probably, this function will become freely available in the next versions.
