Calm down and quit blaming the update. These are just bugs that need ironing out. Instead of complaining, help find the cause together so the Developers can fix it. You can count me out of players and i dont fking care if i get banned in this forum
Your choice. Edit: I don't like ban evaders. Buh-bye.

As far as I know, (although it can vary by location sometimes), Comcast doesn't block server connections for the ports LU uses. Check your modem/router, though. These new ones are notorious for having firewall issues, and even more so at being problematic with adding exceptions. If you've already added an exception in there for it, try restarting the modem/router too.
Be careful after restarting it. Sometimes they will "bug out" or erase the firewall exceptions, and any custom MAC address settings you may have set up. (I've gone through two now, and I'm really not impressed with Comcast's crappy custom firmware for them).

What about grabbing the information upon player exit and saving it to a database, then restoring it when they return?
Player.WeaponAmmo should theoretically cover this.

Maybe drop the bad attitudes and moderators wouldn't need to remove the topics? I don't know who removed the previous ones or why, but clearly you guys have no problem with flaming others over it. Fix yourselves before you post about fixes for LU. You know flaming and provoking isn't allowed here. I am seriously tired of this shit. I have warned many of you dozens of times.

I gave ReactOS a try in a virtual machine earlier, and all I can say is that I would not recommend using it with LU. I have no idea whether LU would actually run on it or not, but the Operating System is still so highly unstable, it wouldn't be worth trying to play on. WINE may be a different story under *nix, however.
