1) Is There Is Any Website That Supports Uploading LU Servers And Have Another Payment Method Than Paypal.......................................
2) How To Make My Server Appear In The Servers List On LU Client After Forwarding My Port And It's Being Accessed Only When Entering The IP Address In Favourite Textbox................

1) Like what method? Paypal is the most used one and available in a lot of countries.
2) Make sure announce is set to yes in your server.conf.
Also, make sure your server is accessible from your external IP.

1) Why not Paysafecard? All players can go to any shop and buy it, without requirements of years or credit card... (like me, i'm 13y)

I've Done What You Said And It Is Announced But No Hope Still Not Appearing In Servers List

You can't see your server in the list, but other player yes.

Same page shows if your server is on the masterlist or not.
Most routers don't like connections from inside to their outside IP, this is why you probably can't see your server on the list. If my page says it's on it, other people can see it.
