Using Objects and Moving it, Just require some mapping skills.

It is currently not possible to move the actual machine. But with some imagination it sure ain't possible to make at the moment.

That machine is called a crane, and no LU does not have any functions for it yet

I'd create separate objects nearby to make it look like crane and move the hand portion of the crane to the vehicle's position such that it looks like the vehicle is being hit by the crane's hand and set the vehicle health to 0.
