Try installing this (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d-389c36f85647&displaylang=en)

You may need to restart once its installed. May also have to install the .net framework 2.0 if that still fails, doubt it though.

A simple windows update should pull in the required things

Insert the PLAY disk of gta3 then?

Sorry but if this is a warez'd version i cannot give you support. I would advise purchasing the game on Steam

I need crack in version 1.1. Who can help me and give me a link to download a crack (gta.exe no cd) in version 1.1?

Can you change this gta3.exe: [link has been deleted for warez reason] to version 1.1?
