I've installed LU and GTA 3 1.1, but when i open LU it's says:

I've reinstalled vc c++ 2015 many times, but didn't worked. I've also re-installed the game, but it's doesn't fix the problem.

Any solution?

Try reinstalling it.

If the problem still persists, maybe your OS wouldn't support it anymore, or upgrade it to SP3.

IK the video cars is crappy but i'll get a nvidia gt 210 1 gb soon, now it's has a ati radeon x1550 512 mb.
And also i'll upgrade the ram too because it's has 1,5 gb ram.
