Title: NPC/Bot/Actor support.

I know it is difficult to implement it, but I would like to script some Peds in the game.

Imagine two players shooting and killing Ped cops?

Useful for:
Zombie scripts.
Roleplay scripts.
RPG scripts.
Offline scripts.

Sounds bad ass to me.

RPG and Roleplay are the same.

But you can add NPC's from modules... you need know C++...

Basic NPCs are planned and worked on for the next big update.
