Title: Mods on Liberty Unleashed?

So, I just installed to mods to GTA3 to enhance my Liberty Unleashed experience, SilentPatch (Enhances light effects from cars and pickups to make them glare like in the PS2 and Steam versions of GTA III) and GInputIII (Allows full use of Xbox 360 and PS3 Controllers), and have come to find that when playing Liberty Unleashed, they don't seem to have an effect. Is there something I did wrong as far as installing them (They worked fine in Single Player...), or does it take extra steps to mod Liberty Unleashed?

LU dont load .asi / cleo mods...

Well, crap. If only I had the file from the Steam version to fix the lights...
