Title: It is not visible one letter in a chat in Russian.

Forgive for my bad English. I use the translator because I Russian.

1) 0.1.0.12
2) Mistake constant. Occurs when we write the message to a chat.

Not all letters are visible in LU. It takes a big rewrite to accept everything.
Im not sure what you mean with number 2..
