Edit by VRocker because he cant be arsed to post: Double, Triple and Multikills in counterstrike are when you kill 2, 3 or more people with the same shot or in the same second. (for example, grenading a room full of people) so they are not spree related :)

I think you can do this by playing a .pls file, never tried it tho, but you will need a shoutcast server for that.

And some turkish players suck also in general, like koray in vc-mp...

Just because 1 Turkish player might be breaking the rules in-game doesn't mean all Turkish players are like that.
