Is it possible to release the source code??? 

Because i want to do a SCM Hook in GTA3 but i cant 

  Well it was for some trainer i wanted to make to spawn peds and cars.

If you really don't want to give me the source code you could extract bits and i go from there.....

GTA is a mod (RealGTA3) with Snow over roads.

It thinks i changed the game well i did basicly not me but the guy who made the mod did...

could it work with gta winter?
