1. Server works without any bug
2. I made "//USAGE : syntax with parameters" so they can understand the way you use some functions

Don't see the point in it, Has no commands at all. And doesn't even use its IRC echo. While it has join messages. Best use the wiki if you want examples.

some parts are  REALLY similar to fbs man
