Ok if you made it work and you registered,go to Levels.Hsh and there you should see your name with a number,just replace the number with 6

You sure you restarted the server and saved once you made the changes?

Type /admins and if you see your name then you know that you are

when i join it says my lvl is -1 and when i type /admins says no admins

You have to stop the server before changing hashes. Otherwise the server will not update the hashes.
