Eternally burning car

Recently, the servers began to stay forever burning cars into them often can not sit down or because they occur departures. Likewise, these machines can not destroy a single weapon (
Will this bug fixed?

I believe it has been fixed for the next update.
From what I hear, this occurs when a player exist the server while in a burning vehicle.
You can script a workaround by fixing the vehicle if a player exits while in a vehicle.

I think this was fixed, but no mention has been made in the changelogs since. Can anyone confirm this as resolved?
