what does client 1 and client 0 stand for

when you add a script in the script's Script.xml at the bottom there is client=0 or client=1 what does this stand for?And what does it mean?

Client 0/1 means whether or not it's a client script (1) or server script (0), simples.

How can i add an IRC chat to my server? I am downloading the script we have on LU now.. Can't wait. :)
