I tried the reactive MTA 3 and had no sync.
Sometimes players teleported into vehicles but other than that I was under water the remote end, or at least my nametag was.
I had issues in LU but they were nothing like that I only had vehicle issues before with streaming in LU which might be fixed now.
Never in my life have I seen such a terrible multiplayer (MTA).
GTA 3 has like 4 multiplayers:
GGM (uses civilian peds for remote players, never crashes)
MTA (no sync)
LU (much better than those 2)
GTA3C (LINK REMOVED)

GGM had no sync. Download MTA 0.5, not GTA3:AM or sth. MTA's sync (and source) wasn't touched for about 6 years. Anyway, we we're playing it tonight for some hours and it was so fun.

The best solution is unninstalling MTA and GTA3 and then deleting GTA3 dir and installing everything again. After that it should work fine. MTA has sync much better than GGM. The main things like vehicles, players and shooting are synced. Maybe it's not pro, but playable and fun.

Nope, but any dx8 window mode dll should work.

Nah their full of glitches and might hate 64-bit not sure if thats it but their shit and i'm working on my own gta3/vc multiplayer atm called GTA3C see signature for website.
